Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 12:25

Anxiety weighs down the heart of a man, but a good word cheers it up.

Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 12:25

Take some time to minister the wonderful Word of Life to someone today, especially if you encounter someone whose heart is weighed down by anxiety. We all go through our moments from time to time, so we can empathize with others in a meaningful way and offer them uplifting words, especially from the Scriptures. Remember that the antidote for anxiety is a “good word.” The Scripture tells us to cast our cares on Messiah, because He cares for us (1Pe 5:7). Remember that the Master’s yoke is easy and His burden light (Mt 11:30)! We are also reminded that we should be anxious for nothing, but in everything, with prayer and supplication, make your request known to Alahym, and the Shalum that surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and mind through Messiah (Php 4:6).
