Teach me to do Your will, for You are my Alahym. May Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.
We all experience suffering in this life—even while pursuing the blessed life in Messiah. Many ask why the Father allows suffering, but the Scripture makes it plan: that suffering is necessary to build our character and to give us hope of that sure promise, that in the kingdom of YAH, suffering shall cease. Satan uses suffering to try to break our faith, and he tries to use these situations to make us so despondent that we despise our life and give in to the lie that the Father has turned His back on us! Whenever we find ourselves on the borders of despair, let us remember that YAH promised, He will NEVER fail us nor forsake us. Job was tempted to curse YAHUAH because of his suffering, and by doing so, give up his eternal crown. Job did not fall for the enemy’s tactics, and he continued to stay faithful to the end. After enduring trial, he received a special blessing: the Father multiplied him. Better than restoring him to his former state, Job was given even more than he had before the trial started. Yoel 2:25-26 says, “Then I shall repay you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, and the consuming locust, and the gnawing locust, My great army which I sent among you. Then you shall eat – eat and be satisfied – and shall praise the Name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Alahym, who has done with you so wondrously. And My people shall never be put to shame.”
