The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and in his joy he went and sold all he had and bought that field.
What is the kingdom of heaven like? Or better yet, how much do we value the kingdom of heaven over this earthly kingdom (ruled by Satan)? How precious is this to us? Is it as precious as a rare pearl? Or even more valuable to us? Messiah, in teaching of the value of the kingdom, is also showing us where our priorities should be. He did remind his followers that although we are “in” the world, we are not “of” the world. We have to know where we belong! What is our true citizenship? Is our citizenship in earthly kingdoms of more value than our citizenship in YAH’s kingdom?
Indeed, this will be final test, when the Mark of the Beast crisis is upon us. Those who value the kingdom of YAH more than the kingdoms of this world will stand on the side of YAH’s righteousness! Those who value the things of this world more than the things of YAH will stand with the enemy. Each of us needs to make a choice, today and every day!
Remember, YAH will reclaim rulership over the earth very soon! As Rev 11:15 says: “Then the seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and loud voices called out in heaven: ‘The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Master and of His Messiah, and He will reign forever and ever.’”
