He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. “By His stripes you are healed.”
Humanity has had a sin problem since the first generation walked this earth! The serpent managed to snatch away the crown of eternal life from Adam and his wife, and all through the millennia, his tactics and motives have remained unchanged. He does not want you in the Lamb’s Book of Life. He wants you to go where he’s going—the lake of fire and brimstone. He doesn’t want you on YAH’s side; he wants you on his side.
The good thing is, we are not stuck in sin! There is a way to escape. Messiah, through His life, death, and resurrection, paved the way for us to live in His righteousness. Because He lives in us, we have the power to walk right! We are unable to claim victory over sin, death, and the grave without Him!
Now that we accept Him as our Master and Savior, we walk in the path of righteousness for His Name sake.
