Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 3:5-6

Trust in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; Know Him in all your ways, And He makes all your paths straight.

Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 3:5-6

Whenever we lean on our own understanding, the consequences are catastrophic! Human intelligence, and even artificial intelligence, can only take us so far. In an age where many are placing their trust in modern technology, we need to remember where our trust must lie—in the Almighty alone! As humanity drifts further and further away from the Father’s model for set-apart living, things continue to fall apart. We see the signs of MattithYahu (Matthew) 24 clearly manifested in our times, and the next sign we need to look out for is the revelation and appearance of the antichrist, which is not too far away. In the era when the faith of each believer will be tested—even with the life-or-death decision that will come with the Mark of the Beast crisis—we need to learn, like Yob (Job) did, to put our trust in the Father. Interestingly, Yob’s name is linked with the Hebrew word for “he will return.” Perhaps, during his times of tribulation, he was looking ahead to a time when Messiah would return to put a final end to the enemy who was wreaking havoc in his life. One thing is for sure, that because Yob put his trust in the right place and did not lean on his own understanding, which was sometimes quite off; because he sought to know YAH in all His ways, in the end, the Father manifested His perfect love by making Yob’s paths straight!
